You refuse returns. I tried to cancel the original order but was told they couldn't cancel it but I could return it for a refund after it arrived. When I tried to return it, I was told the warehouse is not accepting returns. Unigear sucks and I'll never buy from you ever again.

The ones I ordered weren't available even though the website gave it as an option. When contacted by customer service, they were very short with me and only wanted to issue a refund. I asked to pick from available stock and was given 3 choices that all looked very similar. I don't even know if my order was processed or sent as I haven't received any updates. I hope to get my hammocks before my camping trip in 2 weeks but it looks like I probably won't.

Never received item, no updates from carrier after 12 days

This needs to be English. Thought the product would be large enough to fit 45 L capacity, barely covers 30 L capacity backpack.
