products shown on website are out of stock, why shown them then? in addition I still haven't been refunded yet for my order containing out-of-stock products (it's been 5 business days..)

i placed an order from website. it said it would be delayed and i was ok with that. the next business day Unigear cancelled the order and refunded my cc. i was willing to wait till it became available but you just cancelled it. rather disappointed

spammer. i explicitly asked not to be marketed to and got three marketing emails before even receiving the products.

Super Kundenservice bei Problemen mit dem Produkt! Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Leider allerdings über Amazon obwohl beim Hersteller bestellt. Schade dass es hier keinen eigenen Vertrieb gibt.

This mat arrived faster than I was expecting. A big plus for customer service. The valve is larger than my small powered pump nozzle, and the pump bag could be larger to get more air in. Having said that, I am looking forward to trying this mat out as it will be my 1st insulated mat.
