Sue at Uniforms and Accessories Warehouse is the absolute best. I have had the pleasure of dealing with her now for several months. She is very kind and friendly to speak with over the phone and very helpful. Because of Sue, I'm going to be a lifelong customer. She totally understands me and my company's needs. She is also one of the most patient professionals I know. I cannot thank her enough for all she's been able to help me with this far!!

I am totally astonished at all the good reviews I read. This is the worst company I have ever delt with. The quality of there uniforms is horrible. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Calling them is a waste of time, you always get a voice mail that is never returned. Same with emails. I am still waiting for A refund on uniform shirt that were not the brand I ordered. They may have good prices. Just remember You get what you pay for. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

One of the BEST service and fastest turn around ever! Had a special Shirt (Motorcycle Funeral Escort) go bad as some of the stitching come out. Called Sue and she overnighted a new shirt and I sent my shirt back as requested. She (Sue) sent me back my old one after the repairs. That's what customer service is all about. Life time customer now!

Sue has been helping me for years! I am very happy with her service and overall I continue to use uniform warehouse as my uniform provider over other competitors. Sue is tentative, helpful, a problem solver and will fix issues immediately in order to accommodate my company needs. Thanks again Sue!

I would like to personally thank Sue from Uniform Warehouse for assisting my company with an order. The order had a small grammatical error but Sue was able to not only fix the order, but got it out to me next day, without delay and without any additional charges. Again, thank you so much!

Sue has been my go-to person. Helped me every step of the way, and she even gave me her personal input on the quality of the shirts I ordered. Will be ordering more shirts in the near future.
