Very happy with the prompt service. Would’ve given 5 stars except for 2 reasons... 1. At first someone there emailed me that they could not embroider in the shirt I wanted. I replied back that I think they can. Then someone else, I’m guessing a manager, emailed me back that they could. 2. I ordered a short sleeved shirt and even included a photo from their own web site in my email order. But they confirmed the order with a long sleeve shirt. I emailed them back and they corrected it. Again, their service and their responses were super fast, and to me that is what matters the most. I received the shirts and I am very happy with them, and the embroidery looks really good.
