Worst company Signed up right away clothes missing Numerous calls to complain with no answers. Just bills. I canceled and they sent me a final bill. Then 2 years go by and they sue you through arbitration and always win with their fine prime and sketchy arbitrator. After reading all these reviews and my story being exactly the same they charged me with every penny plus interest. $73000 No way to fight it except BK STAY AWAY!!

Be careful about working at this place. They don’t pay your salary or final settlement, and then no one wants to take responsibility.

A hard 0.1 stars. Not being a zero is because we had one positive delivery driver over a decade ago. Since then, the last 7 different drivers have been disconnected in terms of customer service. Let’s remember their primary service for us is lab coats and clean room coats. Lab coats will have tire-like skid marks, ink and dark droplet stains, missing buttons, and inaccurate embroidery of title, name, etc. The corral room coats have come in smelling like cigarette smoke or forest fire smoke. They have also come in wet, damp, and mildew scented. I highly do not recommend. 0.1 stars for the past 20 years.

If you enjoy getting your "clean" uniforms back that are still damp and smell like mildew this is the company you want to do business with. If you enjoy tagging your uniforms for repair and having the tags ripped off and sent back with nothing fixed this is the company you want to do business with. When you question the driver about what is happening and he shoots you the bird behind your back because he is to scared to do it to your face this is the company you want to do business with.

Never in stock, but the site still let's you order. No communication about back ordered product. Complete waste of time to deal with a company that cannot track their inventory....

Their contract has an Evergreen clause designed to trap unsuspecting customers into years of price increases with no way out. I've never dealt with a company so unscrupulous. Be aware of your termination date and the length of the small window they give you to not renew.

Their business model seems built on trapping customers into long-term contracts with hidden renewal clauses and then punishing them financially for trying to leave. I personally never got a single service from them nor singed a contract, but now I’m dealing with garnishment and legal headaches. This action violates the separation between personal and business liabilities and was done without prior notice or proper legal communication. Furthermore, UniFirst’s contract contains a clause that automatically renews every five years. When I contacted the company to cancel services, I was told that simply returning the uniforms would be sufficient to close the account. Company returned the uniforms as instructed, assuming the issue was resolved. However, months later, I was blindsided by a claim that I owed the full remaining balance of the contract due to early termination — despite never having used the service after trying to cancel service. Their practices are misleading and harmful to small business owners. They misrepresented the cancellation process and failed to act in good faith. The automatic renewal clause is excessive and not clearly communicated. Garnishing a personal account for an LLC-related matter, especially when no services were rendered after trying to cancel is both unethical and potentially unlawful.
