They have been a reliable provider. My bill doesn’t change so I know what to expect and their customer service is very helpful any time I have a question! I switched to them 4 years ago and you couldn’t pay me to go anywhere else. They have a customer for life!

I think this company is making a major push in Los Angeles. We got hooked up a year ago and the experience has been satisfactory (to say the least). Support has been phenomenal and ongoing training has been excellent. We are extremely satisfied and we made the right move when we switched to Unified.

This company has been great when it comes to the value for the cost. Every single feature we wanted we have received. The bill has stayed the same for 18 months and Paul, Juan and Amber are super helpful! This is an A+ team.

What company hires a salesman like this is out of their minds. You are loosing business not again my business, dumb business move. He was in Durant, OK yesterday. Pushy and didn't wish to listen to what we had to say, needless to say he didn't last long in my brothers business. Very sad. I would blnever recommend a business to hire or employee anyone like this. To be completely honest he was a @$$.
