The pricing was and still is consistent. I appreciate them coming out here physically to see my network environment and providing a custom consultative approach towards providing the solution I needed to keep my Auto shop up and running while supporting all the computerized equipment. They set me up with 24/7/365 onsite support. Same day response time. Thanks for being a real MSP that does what they say they are going to do. My previous provider always changed the price and there were a lot of added on fees that were being charged just to get some extra money in their pockets.

Support over the past 19 months has been above. It’s always a “mission critical” issue every time I have a problem and I’m so greatful to be able to get through to support. We only did Voice and we use our phones but the call quality is noticeably better and even though we use our PBX, some of the features they were able to provide without replacing our phone system have been deployed and are incredible. We like this company and the people that work here.

Have been with the company for about 4 years now. Recently had an issue with one of my phones “ that I broke” customer service was EXCELLENT. I have appreciated the support from all of the departments consistently over the past 4 years from their help desk , to the support agents to all of management. This company really cares about their customers and I am just so pleased to be apart of the UGS Family.

Im praising UGS because of customer service. Ive always been responded back to, and ive always gotten the service ive expected. Ive never once had a problem with my phone service. I dont mind signing a lease for the equipment, because I dont pay what I would of in taxes if this was billed the traditional way. Ive talked to roughly 15 different people in the company and ive never been disappointed one time. We live in a rural area in Tennessee and UGS is definitely the best voice provider out here for businesses.

They have been a reliable provider. My bill doesn’t change so I know what to expect and their customer service is very helpful any time I have a question! I switched to them 4 years ago and you couldn’t pay me to go anywhere else. They have a customer for life!
