UNDERGROUND REPTILESReviews of undergroundreptiles.com

just letting people know they workout fine give them a chance animal came in healthy as described thanks

I give these guys five stars. I receive three of my baby hatchlings Savannah monitors. They arrived on time and seem very healthy. Gave him a few hours to adjust to the new habitat. He was eating pretty good

Great customer service and I made mistake on a order I called them and got me exactly what I want and got it the next day and even on a chili time to get him shipped they put a heat pad and he was wrapped safely. But UPS don't get 5 stars sure as hell didn't handle my box careful like there supposed to shaking my box around but UNDERGROUND REPTILES THANK YOU. I WILL GO THROUGH YOU AGAIN and then reptile was healthy when I received him

I ordered a hatching albino red ear slider from them. They were 75 dollars cheaper than all the other top breeders! He came over night and he is PERFECT! One of the most gorgeous little guys I have ever seen! So lively and curious! I was skeptical due to some bad reviews but that goes to show 1 person's bad experiences doesn't account for everyone else's!

Thank you thank you I've been searching for house geckos to be my last additions to my multi species terrarium. No one around sells them. These little guys are so cute. They were a little chilled by the time they got here (not seller's fault, as they packed them well), which allowed me to hold each one for a bit while putting them into the terrarium. They didn't want to let go of my hand 😅😍

Very happy with health and quality of animals I received, they were delivered promptly, packaged well and very healthy ,I will defenitly order from them again

the parcel service who has many dedicated people i know unfortunately failed to deliver the package on time and really just dropped the box w this order resulting in failure. ug reptiles, quickly stepped up, sincerely apologized and refunded the entire order including the cost of shipping.. to me, this indicates good character and commitment to do the right thing. even when taking a loss. . i would definitely do business with ug reptiles in future.
