My experience was great from a customer service perspective - it is the product. I ordered 5 shirts and paid a premium for what I thought was a premium product. Two of the five shirts started pilling after a few months. Called UnderFit and they replaced the two shirts- great customer service. Now all shirts are pilling and it has been less than a year. Maybe my expectations of product are too high....

Your under shirts are expensive compared to the competition out there that are providing similar fittings and comparable fabric.

Hi Richard, Our fabric is far superior compared to the competitors to which we compare ourselves. The competitors you may be referring to most likely use fabric derived from bamboo which is far cheaper. The process by which bamboo is turned into fabric is extremely hazardous to the environment and the waste is dumped into rivers in the producing countries, mainly China. We use an expensive fabric, therefore our price must be higher. Thank you

These shirts started out fitting nicely but they are very thin and wear out and stretch long within the year. I have small holes in a couple from washing (vs. traditional Hanes undershirts that I've had 3x longer which have no holes). The initial fit is excellent but for the money I would like to have seen the durability be much better. The ROI for the price just isn't there.

Dear Customer, Please email me directly at [email protected]. As you can see from the dozens of reviews speaking to the longevity of the shirts, I suspect you may have some imperfect units. The Hanes shirts are very durable because they are cotton, which is stronger and much less comfortable than our shirts. There is a tradeoff with durability and comfort unfortunately. The stronger fabrics aren't nearly as comfortable. Thank you

They don’t last very long. They get really thin and stretch super long. Which was disappointing. After a year they were no good. So I didn’t buy them again. Considering the initial price I expected more- a six pack at Costco is the cost of 1 tee shirt but lasts like 3 years. It’s not nearly as good but at least it lasts.

Because this is a form fitting undershirt, after a long day the side seams are quite itchy. Too bad they don't use lapping or flatlock seams. Would make a much better shirt. I ordered one to try but don't plan to order any more.

Hey Paul, sorry you didn't love our shirts. The flatlock seams can be seen through white and thin Oxford shirts, so we can't use that stitch unfortunately. This is the first time I've had the seam itch complaint. I'll investigate further. Thank you for trying us out.
