pretty good product, not a lot of help from company
I think the measuring method for sizing is not very good. It's really trial and error, and would be better if the company could come up with something a bit more relatable to the usual bra sizes. I like the bras, except I can't wear the molded ones because they add too much bulk to my appearance. I wish the company would make more minimizing styles, that is, without un-molded bras. The two I have are comfortable and work well for me.

Hi Jill, Our measuring technique relies on a tape measure and the customer. When done accurately, the 2 measurements will match the customer with her perfect Shapeez size. it is 100% accurate but when done properly. However we rely on the customer measuring herself in a bra at home that fits her and as we all know, most women are wearing the wrong size bra and if she is wearing a bra that isn't her perfect size, this will effect the outcome of the fit of the Shapeez bra. However, to help, we offer on staff SHAPEEZ FIT SPECIALISTS who can help you if you are having fit issues AND a FREE first exchange is given if needed. This free exchange, along with our on site fit specialists, gives the customer what she needs to get the perfect fit the second time around. As for our cup styles, a customer can choose our foam cups or non foam if she wants a more minimizing look. Both offer amazing support, shaping and lift to the breasts and of course ALL of our bras are designed with our patented SMOOTH BACK design so you look as amazing from the front as well as the back. Jill, email me anytime to inquire about finding a better fit or style for you. I'm here to help. Sincerely, Staci Berner President/CEO Shapeez [email protected]
