While I am still in the process and taking a break, the work unbanster has done so far has really been amazing. They clearly know what they're doing and team is super friendly, genuine, and respond very quickly! I got banned on overwatch 2 and getting my account back has been a nightmare and while unbanster cannot control Blizzard, this really is the best chance I have.
