Fraud
Rebranded from BlockCard, another scam company. They hide the fact that the product is only available in the US until after you've paid their activation fee and they've turned whatever crypto or fiat currency you use in to their worthless TERN crypto. They even let you pay a $10 fee for a card that you can't use if you're not in the US and then say it's like a savings account for people who it's not available for. I can't withdraw my funds back in to BTC, only TERN, and they keep the $10 fee even though they can't issue the card. Stay well, well away from this fraud company.

If you sent BTC, then it's like you were charged a fee for the transaction on the bitcoin blockchain, and possibly a fee from your originating wallet. For example, if you sent $100, we would only receive $90. That is how blockchains work. 6) You're free to withdraw funds whenever you want.
