Wow. What A RIP OFF. DONT SHOP HERE. here is how they get you. You buy clothes but they are on pre-order. They charge your card the $$$ and you get an email that says "shipping on Nov 6" and a free album digital download. A month later, Nov 6 comes and goes and you don't get your clothes and you say you want a refund but they say you cannot get a refund because you downloaded their crappy album! So you don't get a refund AND you don't get your clothes but you DO get a crap album for $50. It's the new 2019 con job and a pretty low one at that. scumbags.

Awful service, stay clear!! I purchased a t-shirt from them that was meant to be dispatched Mid-February. I paid for 3-5 day shipping. It didn’t arrive until March 19th when I was OUT OF THE COUNTRY STRANDED ABROAD HAVING SURGERY. It had returned to the US by the time I’d returned home and the company ignored my many emails requesting for it to be resent - I was happy to cover any further costs as the shirt was limited edition. Horrific service.

Uniserval Music Group has violated the copyright law multiple times and claimed/striked several videos on Youtube while they were under fair use. Universal isn't the only one to do this, but they're probably the most active, when it comes to shoving the rules aside in this matter.

I am only giving 1 star because I have to. This customer service is the worst I have ever encountered and I am a 48 year mom of 3, meaning I have had to encounter a lot of customer service reps over the years. I ordered something from the Shawn Mendes store on December 2nd. It is January 13th and I still do not have it. When I first ordered it, it said it would ship out in the next couple days. A couple days before Christmas I started emailing them and the only thing that they kept sending was the standard emails saying it is a pre-order item and will ship in three to four weeks. Every time I ask for something more specific they send me a standard email. The last email told me they were going to reship it for free. Well I don't understand that because they've never shipped it out in the first place. When I ask them to clarify I get nothing. My daughter even emailed them and they told her it would be delivered in 2 weeks! Absolutelt worst customer service! I am so upset I cannot even listen to Shawn Mendes music!

HORRIBLE. I ordered Beatles CD's for my husbands birthday a month in advance on Nov. 19 from the UMG Beatles store. I received a confirmation email from UMG and they CHARGED my card that same day. WHAT REPUTABLE COMPANY CHARGES YOUR CARD PRIOR TO SHIPPING??? I realized in early December I hadn't received my order and after double checking confirmed I had received no shipping emails from them. So I reached out to them via email (the ONLY means of contact is email-RED FLAG) and never heard back. Interesting-they note if you email more then once you'll delay your response. WHAT?? So they provide no means to call them, don't respond to emails but we should just wait indefinitely on them to ship our product and respond to our inquiries. BUT they CHARGE you as soon as you order. So here I am, 3 weeks later with no product and no response. I now need to order from another vendor, hope I get it in time and hassle with trying to get the charge reversed from my credit card co. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
