I preordered the story version of Twice’s eyes wide open hopeing to get the preorder benifits I placed my order in October 2020 but it said it whould not ship until December 4th. Well the 4th rolled around and no shipping notification or anything. I emailed customer support with my tracking number and they told me that there was a delay on the album but yet I can go to the store and legit buy a copy now. It is now January 6th 2021 and still no album or even an update even though I keep asking for an update. I also emailed asking if I am even going to get the preorder benifits and they don’t actually read what I’m asking just keep saying about the delay. I got the preorder benifits in the mail on Friday of last week they never sent me tracking issue it has been over a month from the estimated ship date. I had to change my adress because I am moving I finally got an agent after I told them to change my adress. The album has now shipped on 1/16.

The worst customer service I've ever received. Zero tracking on my package. No accountability from the customer care reps. They do not care about you or your experience. I will never buy through them again!!!!!

I would give this a zero if I could. A week after the release of a pre-ordered item I followed up with them on the status of my order. It may have been forgotten about as the order was processed the next day and the customer service team reached out to say it was now on its way. Weeks later I follow up once more as the shipping information from USPS still showed that the order was waiting to be provided to their facilities and was still with the buyer. After emailed customer service once more, I see that my order gets dropped off finally and is now on its way, a month after the date I think I should have received it. I don't believe I would have gotten my order if I didn't follow up on multiple occurrences. The customer service emails also kept trying to put this on the USPS being busy. I would prefer that they own up to their own shortcomings and not lie to a customer. I will be sure not to purchase any thing from them in the future.

Ordered a hoodie for my granddaughter in November. Paid for it 11/12. Did not get it and emailed their so called customer service, said it would be shipped Christmas Day, which I knew was a lie. on 12/26 I emailed and asked if it was shipped the previous day. I got a reply saying they would "look into it". I responded with the ultimatum that they either ship it or refund me by 12/31. I can get my money back from Mastercard and have a dispute ready to file on 1/1. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!

I ordered 2 7" vinyl of stuck with you by Justin Bieber. One black vinyl & one white/glow vinyl. When the order came both records were black. When they finally decide to answer your emails they are like 6 different people answer them telling you different things. I finally got them to send me another copy & it's black vinyl too. Now they tell me since they sent a replacement copy they can't send another. They can have this black copy back. I want my White vinyl copy. This company has the worst customer service ever. Ripping people off is what they do best. I will never order vinyl from Universal Music Group again.

Ordered a 1975 T Shirt, terrible quality. Contacted customer ‘support’ 6 weeks ago, had many emails and chasers but zero refund which they promised to process weeks ago. Save yourself the hassle and the headache, save yourself time and money - buy elsewhere.

I ordered a signed Halsey - Manic vinyl a year ago and it still is not here. It was supposed to be shipped in January and it’s still not here and they have no idea when it will be shipped. I also ordered multiple different Taylor Swift orders in July and they aren’t here and they claim they can’t keep up with production, but are releasing more merch. If they are struggling with production, maybe work on fulfilling the orders you already have instead of creating new merch. It sucks most of my favorite artists are with UMG because I want to support them and buy merch, but when it’s this terrible and I don’t want to give UMG any more of my money and have to wait over a year for the products to show up. Absolutely terrible business. Everyone I know has multiple bad experiences with UMG.

Ordered a litho at the beginning of October 2020. It was supposed to ship November 13. They email November 13 saying it’s further delay but that they don’t know when it will finally ship. It finally shipped on November 18. FedEx tracking said they delivered it to my door on November 28 but it was not at my door. I called FedEx they just kept telling me it was delivered and if it’s not here then a claim can be filed but that only the shipper could file the claim and I cannot and told me to contact the shipper. They don’t even have a customer care phone number. They only have an email and make you wait another 1-3 business days for them to even respond to an email. I emailed them on November 28 telling them the issue. I even detailed that I already called FedEx and that they confirmed it has been delivered and they told me to contact shipper and that ONLY the shipper can file a claim. They emailed me back on December 1 telling me that shippers sometimes prematurely write on tracking that it has been delivered when it has not. Which is not true and I had already told them that’s not the case in my initial email so they did not even bother to read my email. Further they told me to wait another 5 business days to see if it will be delivered or check with a neighbor and then contact them again. This is unbelievable. I do a lot of online shopping. More than the average person and I know how shipping and every carrier works now and them telling me to wait 5 more business days before emailing them about it again is unacceptable. 5 more business days to tell them the exact same thing and then wait additional business days for them to respond back to that. I ordered this on October 3rd and it is now December 1!!!! Now I am out money, including the $8.19 that they had me pay for shipping and NO product.
