This would be zero stars if I could this group doesn’t deserve 1 star! I made a 390 dollar and some coin purchase on February 6th I have my invoice from PayPal thankfully. These people have more excuses than a criminal going to jail! I’ve received NO ANWSER from them when I ask where is my stuff? I got something about production delays once and that was it! I’m a huge Gaga fan and was looking forward to all the stuff I ordered The Fame ice blue double disc looks dope and I’m sure it sounds dope but this UMG group are not dope. They are a bunch of dopes. I work 40 plus hours a week and was so looking forward to all the merch I ordered I was even going to have a Gaga themed party and some of what I ordered was gonna make a dope ass party listening to some dope ass music and now it’s all in shambles I have sent well over 20 emails to UMG. I have called the bogus number that is NOT customer care! It’s a long windbag recording that doesn’t pertain to what I ordered! Bait and switch is illegal. I wish I could let Lady Gaga know she wouldn’t be cool with this either. I agree with another post these artists should know what a side show this group puts you through. Worst case of HUA syndrome I have ever had the displeasure to be a part of. Gaga-Chuck this group to the curb, they are irresponsible and cannot handle doing business. They should be out of business. Definitely filing claims with BBB, attorney general and every consumer agency I can find. And take that however you may but BUYER BEWARE this group takes your money and stresses you out. I’m not rich, and 390 dollars is a lot of money to spend but Gaga is worth it to me. These side swiping swindlers should be reprimanded. I am seriously lodging complaints all over the place. I will find one consumer website a day and post DO NOT purchase from UMG! Worst experience ever! If you don’t have the goods don’t put on a website that you do. That is false advertisement and a bait and switch waiting to happen. This group lies but my Pay Pal receipt does not! Everyone complain to the BBB, states attorney general, and consumer websites like this! Put the word out! UMG sucks and are difficult to do business with!! If you are an artist don’t have this group peddle your goods. Your goods be stuck on a shelf in a warehouse and not moving by the time I’m done with this group. Rude people offering no apologies I can’t be having that. If this were a grade it would be an “F”. So long UMG!!!!!

I bought a T-shirt in November and was advised it would ship in 4 days. They kept saying it was delayed in manufacturing and finally shipped in January. They gave a UPS tracking number but UPS never received the item. They then claimed it was lost in transit and offered to replace. Then they said it was out of stock and offered a refund. They never processed the refund and when I escalated the case with PayPal they gave them the same fake tracking number. Stay away!!

Horrible site!!! I pre-ordered a vinyl record back in July. The record released in November. It's almost February now and haven't heard anything from them. I finally emailed them and the only thing they can do is cancel my order?! The record is sold out everywhere now. If I knew, I wouldn't buy it directly from them. How can Universal Music can't even get stock for their own product/music?!

Many disgruntled customers in the merchandise shops who complain on Trustpilot, Twitter and Better Business Bureau about delayed or no delivery of goods. I'm waiting until one of the UMG artists sued the label for damage to its image and misleading advertising. Vivendi wanted to go public in 2022 to reduce the sales debit ... I will not buy any shares there after reading the customer complaints. Viele vergraulte Kunden in den Merchandise Shops, die sich hier bei Trustpilot, Twitter und Better Business Bureau beschweren über verspätete bis keine Warenlieferungen. Ich warte schon bis einer der UMG Künstler das Label verklagt auf Imageschaden und irreführende Werbung. 2022 wollte Vivendi UMG an die Börse bringen um Ihr Sales Debit zu reduzieren... ich werde dort keine Aktien kaufen nach den Kundenbeschwerden.

I never usually would do a negative review but this place deserves one. Whatever you do, save every email you get when you order something. I ordered 4 different things in September and when I still didn’t receive them, I emailed customer service. I got the album and signed cd first a month ago but I had also ordered a hoodie and a tshirt. I emailed about those items over a month ago. The day I emailed they said they would look into it. A couple days later, I received tracking info, 2 weeks later, I received a package, the tshirt had a hole in it and the hoodie was the incorrect one, I ordered the more expensive one and they sent me the cheaper one. I emailed customer service again and was told they need a picture of the hole in the shirt and a picture of the wrong hoodie. I sent a text picture of both. I then get an email a couple days later that they will send me a new tshirt and the hoodie, they need me to send back and then they will send me the correct one. So, I send back the hoodie a week ago and hear nothing so I tracked it and it shows it was delivered to their loading dock on 1/15, signed for etc but they told me thru email that they never got it back. I had to add a pic of the tracking that showed it was returned and signed for. Now waiting again, supposedly the new tshirt should be here tomorrow. I definitely feel like, if I didn’t email them in the first place, I would not have gotten anything at all. I had a friend email them also and mysteriously, the next day she received tracking info. They are counting on people to forget they ordered so they keep the money and never send you the stuff unless you fight for it.

This place is a fraud had to open case with PayPal to get money back!!!!! Never received item, never heard back from them when I tried to contact them!!!!! Don’t buy from this place - all they do is take your money and run!!! You have been. Warned!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased from a limited time store for Logic in JULY 2020, preorder items due to be shipped in September. This was further delayed to October which wasn’t too bad as I bought the items for a Christmas present. Come December I’d heard nothing and was starting to worry, with the parcels tracking being stuck since mid November contacted customer services, they took 4 days each time to get back to me, sometimes not replying for a week until I chased them. Each time I received unhelpful copy and past messsges telling me to wait longer and longer, despite the parcel being obviously lost. The item eventually turned up in JAN 2021....6 whole months after I ordered, disappointing for myself and the person I bought the gift for.

I pre-ordered TWICE’s new album in order to get the pre-order benefits. Not only was the album delayed with no explanation for over a month, but they sent me the item without all the pre-order benefits I was supposed to get. I have been in contact for over a week, have spoken to multiple agents, and none of them actually address my issue. I don’t think they actually read emails you send them. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with them, but this will probably be the last time I ever order from UMG. By far the most atrocious customer service and fulfillment of orders from anywhere I’ve ever ordered from.
