Do not purchase jewelry from their store! The necklace we purchased was so cheap and flimsy, it broke the first time it was worn. They won’t replace the defective item either. Their jewelry is overpriced and very low quality!

Not good enough. Pre-ordered a record 2 months prior to release date. Got an update on the day of the release, that it had been postponed by a month. Fast forward two months, a month after the new release date, no delivery, no communication. Reached out to the help email (Twitter account only deals with NA orders), and all they can say is that they're awaiting stock from their suppliers, even though you can already buy the record from resellers. AKA they oversold the pre-order and having already taken your money, expect you to take late delivery, and a second pressing.

I pre ordered D4vd's petals to thorns vinyl on Monday, June 5, 2023 , and so I waited for a delivery confirmation email but it never arrived so I checked the delivery time in Europe and it said "Up to 10 working days" but 20 days passed so I sent them an email to get any news and they said word to word "I’m afraid we are still awaiting delivery of the Petals to Thorns LP you have ordered. I can confirm that we are chasing our supplier for any update as to when we can expect this to arrive although at this time, we do not have an exact date. My apologies for any inconvenience caused." So I waited more... it has been 3 whole month since my order has been placed so I emailed them again, and let me remind you that I paid 36 euros. So I asked again and they tell me "I am sorry to say we are still waiting for the stock to arrive and everyone who has placed a pre order is still waiting." Okay I waited 1 month again so I asked for a refund and 1 month again later still no refund, and because I'm a rookie and I didn't know that Universal Music was a awful company I ordered a IT4MI shirt on the same site and guess what, IT'S ALSO TAKING AGES. So today I lost 77 euros and I feel like I've been scamed by a well known company. I'm not a rich guy I kinda used all my money for this and it makes me feel horrible.

Ordered 3 vinyls not a single one showed up. Nothing done about it except a refund that was albeit easy to obtain. Guaranteed these guys care nothing about customer service. I dont often write reviews but this one really made me angry. DO NOT order from these guys if you're hoping your order will actually show up.

I have never witnessed such a terrible company

Purchased a product from the Sam Fender store, paid for in June with a dispatch date due of 28th June, beginning of August and still no fulfilment of the product so I queried with customer services. 10th August, was informed that the item was being prepared to be shipped within 2 days. I'm still waiting for the fulfilment email (and obviously the actual product) now radio silence on the email query thread.

I bought merch at a Taylor Swift show and traded with a friend. The line was long and the transaction happened fast, so I didn’t realize until I got home that my item I got from her was faded to the point of being mostly illegible (beyond the normal “faded” look). I contacted UMG customer service, gave them the original purchaser’s information, but they did not help me because I wasn’t the original buyer. This was very frustrating because for a sweatshirt that expensive, I would expect at least decent quality. I know that lots of people traded/bought from others and had proof of purchase, and it’s not cool that so many people are having issues with such pricey, yet cheaply made garments. I was hoping for an easy replacement but UMG just says they can’t help. Reading the other poor reviews validates my experience.

Preordered Taylor Swift Midnights vinyl. It’s now a month after the release date and no sign of delivery, customer service is useless. I will never preorder vinyl from them again.
