One word….HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a shirt from my favorite band before Christmas for a gift to my husband. I got it before Christmas but it was the wrong shirt. Ok, I thought, mistakes happen so I emailed to get it fixed. The only responses I’ve gotten are “we’re sorry we’re busy and will get to your inquiry soon” to the most recent “your inquiry has been passed on to a manger”. But I still don’t get anything fixed. This company is simply criminal!!!! I feel bad for the bands because it reflects negatively on them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!

I would give them a negative it it existed. Ordered a birthday gift on 1/1/2024. The email notification implied that the purchase is not confirmed until the item is available. On 1/4 I got confirmation and funds withdrawn from my PayPal account. On a weekly basis when I followed up I get a very friendly professional sounding but bogus response that it will be sent shortly. Finally on 1/15 I asked for a refund. Then I get another FAKE UPS ticket number showing that item will be picked up shortly. On their webpage the so called delivery date went from 1/7 to 18 to 19.. you get the picture. Finally showed up on 1/24 and the item is crappy quality. I had to have my neighbor pick up the item since I am by now away on a trip. Had to replace my niece's birthday gift as well. NEVER AGAIN. I will definitely read TRUST PILOT in future before making a purchase. And PayPal is terrible at getting a refund as well. :-( Next time I will use good old trusty AMEX instead.

I had thought, as I found myself dealing with this company, that it was simply inept without a shred of customer service functionality. I have come to conclude that it is a criminal operation. Do NOT, under any circumstances, engage with this company.

Delayed shipment repeatedly. Now it's impossible to return items. Returns require an RMA prior to sending the items back, and I've been waiting 17 days for a response. The only response received back in that time completely ignored my clear RMA request, resulting in me having to email yet again. Any email takes a minimum of 7 days to get a response. Will be going through my credit card to recover funds.

I wish I had read these reviews. Customer service (sic) is a(n unfunny) joke. The best is the tracking numbers that don’t exist in any carriers system and the complete lack of meaningful communication outside of canned responses that they copy/paste IF they respond, which is almost never. Hates a strong word….but appropriate. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This is a scam. Paid for a Taylor Swift t-shirt in October and still did not get it. They apologised for the issue after weeks of chasing them and said it had been lost and they had resent. That was a lie. Now they say i can get a refund in 7-10 working days… completely unacceptable and not sure that i will get to see the money

Ordered a shirt from this company beginning Of December for Xmas. It is now January 11, and still no shirt! Emailing this company is pointless, they just send you automated email reply’s, and don’t read the email you’ve sent them. Opened a dispute with paypal about getting a refund, finally got an actual Email from Umusic requesting I close the complaint so they can refund my money. Complaint closed, now the emails start again they are going to ship my package, which I’ve told them 5x I don’t want it anymore! This company is a fraud, if you order anything from them use paypal to cover your purchase. You will NEVER GET YOUR ITEM!! And maybe never get a refund either… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! It needs to be shut down!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from UMG. Much like everyone else, I was bugging customer service for 3 months about my order, and after receiving a tracking link that never updated, I was told that there was an error and I could either get a refund or a reshipment if they have stock (they don't). After 3 months of being strung along. Please save your money and sanity and NEVER order from here.
