12/6 order for Christmas delivery. Since then, zero updates. It's now 12/24 and it hasn't been shipped. I sent in a refund request, but I'm not holding my breath. I wish I'd have read these reviews first...

I ordered 4 LPs, one of which was a pre-order. After taking my money, umusic has yet to fulfill the order over two months later. The shipping date was 4 days after the sale date. After many unanswered emails I was informed that the preorder was unavailable, despite my purchase. I asked for a refund and have heard nothing back from the company. I’ve been waiting for a reply for almost 2 weeks. No refund, no items I purchased. Spend your money anywhere else.

One of the most baffling, inane customer experience I've had online in a while. Preorder not shipped a month beyond ship date. Charged 20$ for "Free" shipping. No communication. No follow-up. Nothing. There are Chinese no-name companies with better service. Will NEVER order again.

I placed an order in early October for a November birthday gift. It was to ship on October 16th. I still have not received a shipping confirmation. I contacted them at the beginning of November to be told that was a preorder date, not a shipping date (even though I copied them on the original email that said shipping date). I have tried contacting them again and now no response at all! terrible to deal with and no idea if I will ever get my order.

Beyond terrible quality charged almost $200 so stuff worth $5.

Ordered a Vinyl, promised to ship on 18th Oct, but they gave many kinds of excuses to delay my parcel for almost a month. This is the worst experience I had from them. I requested for a refund but they refused to comply. This will be my LAST purchase.

I preordered the new Queen album, was sent a tracking number on the official release date, and it remained just that - only a "shipping label". Upon contacting the live support i was told the order would take 10-15 business days to ship and that I should be patient. 1 hour later i received an email stating that my orderr had been cancelled and refunded. Upon contacting support again they claimed it was returned due to a "carrier error" and it is automatically refunded. They refused to reinstate the order. I then reordered thinking I would ship to a UK based address (previously I tried to ship international) and then had second thoughts and tried to cancel the order less than 5 minutes after it was placed - I was still online with the live support from before - they told me it was already processed and were unable to cancel it because it was outside the cancellation window. What is that window exactly ? 30 seconds? These are fraudsters. I actually don't know if i will even receive what i ordered. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMSTERS
