Everything I’ve ordered has been great quality. I’ve ordered multiple shirts, sweaters, phone cases, and even a mat that I use for my computer desk. No complaints so far and I always look forward to what comes out next not to mention around seasons where they have unique lines every time they come around. Sure there is FOMO for when something you like comes around and you can’t buy it and yeah they do have Umai+ to alleviate the issue, but how many brands have limited runs of a line and never resell them again or only come back every once in a while? At least with Umai+ you can earn store credit every month to get some free stuff as part of being a member, you essentially get the $10 back to use on the store anyway so it’s not so bad to get Umai+. And you get access to every limited run item to order at anytime, not saying you need to have Umai+ at all time because I know it would just be another subscription to add onto your list. But at least consider it every once in a while when shopping since you get free shipping and twenty percent off its kind of worth in my opinion for a few shirts, stickers, phone cases, etc. every once in a while.

Great designs, but the print quality needs serious improvement. Would rather pay a higher price and get a print that lasts!

The poster prints are fantastic and they're shipped in proper tubing and wrapping. If you wait for a BOGO sale, the pricing is fine. That said, the apparel isn't the best quality - as people have commented here, they're thin and the print peels fast - and while I want to be on the list for notifications of new designs, they send out a different sales configuration every other day, which makes it real tempting to just unsub and ignore.

DISCLAIMER: MY EXPERIENCE ISN'T UP TO DATE So I made multiple purchases on UMAI in between of early 2021- late 2022, and overall I was satisfied with the quality of products delivered. Although not 100% top notch, as at times the print differed from preview online (color saturation) or the print may varied in material/quality, generally they met the bar of what was promised. I cannot give 5/5 rating simply for the inconsistency in my experience, but I sympathize with possible problems such as manufacturing etc. Keep in mind my experience is NOT up to date and have not purchased a product of their since late 2022, but from following e-mails and insights, they seemed to be keen on improving customer experience.

The website is very easy to use and manoeuvre around, searching for the right thing is always straightforward. I first bought from umai around 2 years ago and have bought many more clothes since. The 4 stars are for the amazing quality of clothes even through multiple washes, the prints haven’t cracked or faded. The stars are also for the incredibly kind customer service staff, I had a small issue with one of my orders, i can’t remember what, and so I contacted them and asked what happened and they were very kind and respectful, my issue got sorted and that was the end of it. The reason my review isn’t a 5 star is because since I made my first purchase the price of the clothes has increased quite a bit, now I know that with the increase of quality comes and increase of price but my first ever purchases are still going strong. I do still buy from them from time to time. Definitely worth the money

Excellent clothing and customer service. None of my designs have faded and shirts are good fit. Out of all the orders I've made (10 or so) only one had an incorrect size. Issue resolved in the week. No complaints Why only 4 stars? The promotional offers seem all over the place, sometimes you play an order only for the next day for a better deal to be on. (I guess that's retail though?)

Bought so much already, shipping usually takes about 1-2 weeks. I haven't run into any issues with my 4 orders (about 20 items so far). The Print is good altough some look a tiny bit rubbed off, I believe this is by design though and I like the style of it. Overall Quality and comfort is top, the price is a bit high tough, you pay for the design, without that you would probably spend 25-50% less. You should only wash all of there stuff at 30 degrees Celsius with the inside flipped out. After like 20-25 washings the first print starts to slowly get off the black shirts, white ones can withstand more.
