It really isn’t as bad as the 1 star review say. The shipping time takes a little long but honestly the clothes feel good and are sturdy only thing I don’t like is that if you don’t wash or dry it properly the design could wash off or scrape if you get a black colored shirt. But I’ve gotten into a habit of turning it inside out any instructions are on the inside of the shirt. They have started to really grow and I would suggest them it’s a independent business ran by like 2 people. 4.5/5 but I can’t so I just gave a 5.

Bought clothes from UMAI multiple times now and everytime has been great and the t-shirts and hoodies stay in great condition if you follow proper washing instructions. Even when I had my package go missing due to covid mishaps the support team was fast to help me out and sent out a replacement which I received very quickly. I will continue to shop at UMAI as they offer beautiful designs and good quality at a reasonable price.

Ordered 4 t-shirts, got them 14 days before the expected date of delivery. The clothing is extremely comfortable and the prints are long-lasting, if washed as instructed. Will shop with Umai again soon.

First time purchase. I ordered 2 large hoodies and 1 small crewneck sweatshirt. Two days after placing my order I received an email telling me my package was ready to go with a tracking number (March 2). March 6th I received my package including everything that I ordered, correct sizing and correct clothing. Materials are soft and warm. The design is nice and quality. I'm sure if you follow the care instructions the design will last long. Overall summary: Quality items and fast shipment. Will purchase from again. Would recommend

Regular customer. Prints are great and are holding up quite well in Australian conditions, last item purchased was a special request and ended up being a 4 day turnaround to Australia. Anniversary drop was a 5 day turnaround. The staff are excellent, I cannot fault the print quality on my stickers or posters, the clothing prints hold up really well if you follow the care instructions.

The print is well done and the hoodie is very comfortable and warm. Customer service is good, issues have been handled well. 10/10 would reccomend :)
