I had asked to switch wigs and it didn’t happen

AVOID THIS COMPANY In June 2021, I ordered an unwearable lace front unit. The unit was extremely thin, extremely small, and unevenly cut, and looked nothing like the image displayed on their website. I attempted to return the unit the same day it arrived, but it took weeks for the company to send me a return address. I returned the order via USPS as instructed, but have yet to receive my refund. I provided ULwigs with the tracking information and all requested documentation, as well as contacting Paypal's Resolution Center. I even called USPS customs and discovered that the seller had not arrived to collect the package, which had been sitting there since 8/26/21. Needless to say, I have no unit and have not received a refund

I don’t receive my order.

Hi I have not received my item I ordered on 8/14/21 yet. The website states they ship out in 1- 2 days from the order but the tracking information says it was in China on 8/20/21. I wish companies would be transparent about where they are shipping from and the timeline. Then the consumer can make an educated decision if they want to use the company. I am not sure about the quality of the product as I have not received it but I can update the review once I get it if I get it.

The hair is pretty the color is nice and clam not a loud red a star is missing it is not curly like the pic more like a slight wave will have to use the curling iron it came curly but when washed it all the curls went away 😡
