Recieved an awesome band as a gift. I had an issue installing it later to find out something wasn't right. I reached out and right away from a representative. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Definitely recommend doing business with them.

Prior to buying the titanium watch band for the Apple Watch Ultra 3, I made contact with support to ask questions about the size of the band and whether half links were provided. Support got back to me promptly and answered all questions to my satisfaction. The support officer was very helpful and said the company was continually improving their products. I have since purchased the band and very happy with the purchase.
