1st delivery I had to chase down days later. Still waiting 2nd delivery. Service sucks

Thank you for your review. Your order was shipped out the day after you placed it and according to USPS it was delivered to you two days after that. As for the second delivery an email was sent out that you would be receiving the item on or around February 22nd but we were able to get it shipped out on February 8th and an email was sent to you with the tracking information

Poor installation instructions. Rude customer service. Delayed response. Lack of follow up. They do their best to delete poor reviews and then block customers. Come back to follow up on this review. They will do their best to get it removed.
