Good product they just somehow didn’t ship half of it, but they made it right eventually. But it cost me time for the customer.

Tried to do this purchase through the fire department and ended up having to pay with a personal credit card. What is done is done. I paid the taxes and moving on.

Thank you for your review. We have a note under the add to cart button that lists the approximate ship date but when expedited shipping is selected it lists a date that is sooner because our system does not realize that the item is shipping from the manufacturer. We apologize for any confusion!

It appears to be a well built product and was easy to install. I believe I was expecting more from it. I can get the same warning by turning on my four way flashers. Too expensive for what it does in my vehicle.

The Z-Flash BCM For Ford is able to flash the: Front & Rear Turn Signals Cargo Light 3rd Brake Light Brake Lights Reverse Lights And has (10) patterns in both Park and while in motion. Took forever to ship. I can’t stand when companies sell things they don’t have in stock. Product is great and works as it should.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that there was a delay in shipping your order. We sent out an email the day after your order was placed to let you know that the item was out of stock and would not be shipping until late in March and it was shipped on March 27th.

Directions could be better; it would be nice if it would work the same as the one, I got for my 2023 RAM which is the reason I bought the one for my Ford.

Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, Ford changed the computer system in the F-150 in 2021 so the OBD Based Modules will no longer work as they do in the Ram Trucks. We are working on making some installation videos to help!
