Box that it was shipped in was destroyed. Could actually see what was inside of the package at the time of delivery.

Thank you for your review. That is normal when the Z-Flash OBD For Ford gets shut down and goes from drive to park mode. It does not affect the vehicle

Shipping was fast and but after opening the box nothing was labeled for the different year of vehicles i ordered. Also, no instructions included.

Sorry about that! There should have been a postcard in the box with a QR Code on it that can be scanned to get you the installation instructions. Soon, we will start printing the instruction manuals out and including them in the package

They sent me the wrong light (green instead of 1/2 red 1/2 blue, the packing slip was right but the light was wrong , they are refunding my $$ but the light is no longer stocked ...

Thank you for your review! We apologize for the mistake! The Fusion Lights are on clearance and unfortunately, they are no longer available. We have changed the ways the orders are checked before leaving our warehouse to try and prevent a similar mistake from happening again
