Thank you for your review. I took a look at the messages and emails between you and our customer service team to see what occurred. We asked our Feniex Representative if the items that you ordered would fit and he confirmed that they would fit based on the measurements that you gave him. When you contacted us and said that the light would not fit and sent us pictures of your installation, our Feniex Representative again said that the light should fit in the spot that you wanted to install it in. Since the spot was not measured by one of our employees, and we did not place the order for the incorrect size we are not able to send a return label.

The customer contacted us saying that his vehicle would not start. We contacted the customer and offered assistance but the customer ignored our response. If we had received a response back we would have offered to exchange the item if it was defective to get the customer taken care of.

Thank you for your review. Your order was placed on Sunday August 27 and was shipped out on August 28th using UPS Ground shipping which you were not charged for. UPS delivered the order on September 4th. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and was closed for the Labor Day Holiday. Unfortantly, we cannot control how quickly the package moves from UPS Facility to UPS Facility.

A little confused by this review since a refund was issued to the customer before USPS had an opportunity to review the claim. There is a chance that the customer will now receive a product at no charge since once a claim is filed there is a good chance that USPS will find the package and deliver it

Thank you for your review. The Z-Flash modules are plug-and-play. Was the T-Harness installed as well in your vehicle? If it was installed, was the White Tab plugged into the correct Star Board? I am not able to find any communications from you. If you had contacted us either by phone, email, chat, or social media we would have been able to assist you. We will contact you to get your Z-Flash working.
