Bought The Witcher 2, Space Marine and Rage. Excellent service, kick ass price. I was very skeptical at first but everytime I received my games in matter of minutes. Will be my main store from now on!

I bought RAGE vpn(for a really good price!) after about 2 hours i got an email with the cd key , I asked the staff for help with the activation , I gave them my user Details after 5 mins they told me that everything is ok and the game is activated. I will SURELY buy from them again!. (:

Specifically for Rage, VPN version, the key was received almost instantly after the payment was made, prior to release to allow customers to pre-load the game off Steam, which was very convenient. The support person aiding me to activate the key via VPN was very efficient, allowing me to already start pre-loading from my Steam account within minutes. Recommended.

I used to be a customer of a *unamed* store, similar to Ultimatum Games. They were slow, not as cheap, and had very poor support. By luck, (perhaps I had found a four leafed clover that day...) I came across Ultimatum on google - and, seeing their cheap prices, I decided to get my Deus Ex from them, and my, what a service! Very quick, and cheap! - So, since then, ive been a returning customer. One of the best things about them (Apart from their crazy prices!), should you need it, is their support. Instant & Helpfull. I also pre-ordered (something I'd never usually do) Warhammer space marine with them, and - I got the key easily before the release date, and was able to pre-load on steam! - Worked perfectly, and at a fantastic price. You'd of thought that'd be good enough. But, No! Sometime after I pre-ordered, they offered Darksiders for FREE! - So, I contacted support, 2 minutes later, I had a free Darksiders key. What more could you want!? Ultimatum games did what "it says on the tin" - sent a Ultimatum to my old supplier - Who, I no longer touch with a barge pole! Thanks Ultimatum!

I purchased a key for fifa12 and received it within 5 minutes. That kind of turn around service should be the norm these days.... The big retailers should take a lead from ultimatum. So, I get my key in an email, and try to stick it into origin and it won't work.... I tried 5 times to get it to take...No dice.... So I am totally flustered so I go to contact customer support... I get through within 3 minutes and after chatting with the rep for 15 seconds, I realized I was trying to put both codes in at the same time like a moron. After laughing it up with the rep, I was on my way to playing... Great first experience, and I will definitely be back... Thanks again!

This is what I have been looking for in a retailer! Great prices, fast delivery, good support. It's everyting I've ever wanted! If I bought a game from them and died the next day, I would've died a happy man.

I purchased Space Marine a few weeks ago for almost HALF of its UK price. Another benefit was Steam THEMSELVES were not selling the game via their online store due to some silly arrangement with GAME UK - I entered my code from ULTIMATUM GAMES 2 days before release, It pre-loaded, and unlocked early morning on release day! AND they gave me Darksiders for FREE 2 days later because I preordered, Just contacted them via email and they sent my code immediately. Brilliant company, I wish them every success. Anton.
