I wish I read some of these reviews before I bothered with this site. They don't reply to any e-mails when chasing up the purchased key. Have no problem taking your money though! Use other companies!!!

Their website says a CD key should be dispatched within 2 hours. It was around 4 hours before I even got an email asking for verification, rather than my CD key. After providing verification, they told me they were out of stock and would be in stock tomorrow. Why didn't it say they were out of stock on the website? I think customer support lied, so they wouldn't have to do their job. Either way, when a customer buys something, you provide them with the item. This is ridiculous. Never using them again and you shouldn't either; there are far faster and ethical companies out there.

Could have gone elsewhere for the same price but decided to use these guys sister site "cd-key" yet to get my cd key, no live support even though it says live support in the support section. Phone number on the email is Canadian which rules out using Skype to call them as I am not paying international call charges to deal with poor out of date service. Luckily I am heading off to bed but if it's not arrived in the morning I shall be chasing a refund and reporting for fraud like many others have done, wish I had read reviews before using them. I am a massive fan of cd key sites and always recommend them to my friends almost daily, you've lost out on an avid gamer and will not be getting any recommendations from me.

My GTA 5 PC purchase went way downhill. The code given to me did not work on rockstar (it was either invalid or had already been used). I am awaiting my refund and will update when that all gets sorted out. Not happy. Went ahead and bought the game on amazon instead.

As has been stated by others below, I was asked to verify who I was by sending them a copy of my photo ID where I was allowed to blot out things other than my name and picture. 1. I have never, ever, had this treatment from any company before. Where do they get off asking people to show their ID? 2. It's rather funny (or sad) that they ask you to send in something that you'd only do with people you really trust, because they claim they don't trust your payment... (I'm on a VPN, which might be the reason why, but I've used my PayPal account for many years and it's completely verified and I have communicated with them through the e-mail address my PayPal is linked to). But seriously WHO DOES THIS OVER A $30 ITEM??? 3. You expect to play a new game within half an hour, instead you are battling it out with their customer service for several hours and get the "well, it's in our terms and you agreed to them" line flung in your face. Yeah, great guys. It's in your terms. It's not something that I've ever had happen to me in any other online store and I buy several things a WEEK online... So please, if you want a hassle free transaction, go to another key vendor. It's not like these are the cheapest either, or anything, they just looked relatively trustworthy. Won't EVER shop again.

Found Gaming Dragons from a suggestion from a friend an fellow player of GTA V:Online. I found what I was seeking easily enough, paid up, which by the way was the cheapest I could find anywhere. I got my key just a little bit after the 2 hour window, no big deal. I'm a patient sort. Once I obtained my key, I had some issues activating it. I promptly sent in a support ticket, an they replied a few hours later. They kindly informed me I was an idiot an was putting the key in wrong. (The idiot part is me saying that, not them..they were pure class.) So to Gaming Dragons...Thanks for the product an awesome pricing, an for your excellent customer service when it came to dealing my being an idiot. Lesson here folks? Don't try to activate your game at 4am when your tired it can cause problems. lol. 2nd lesson...Gaming Dragons are good folks, an I'll be doing business with them again the future, you can count on that. Sincerely, A new and soon to be returning customer.
