The first time i heard of this service i was skeptical about whether or not its worth it but the customer support has been excellent and they've fixed every problem i had within the hour of me complaining about it and i can recommend this site to anyone.

I don't use Ultimatum games for the fast speedy friendly service. I use them because they are CHEAP AND the above. Not sure what else you could want. All of the games i buy from these guys are 50% off retail in my country..

I signed up just to leave a review. They are fantastic. Very helpful and very fast turn around. I will not be buying games from any other place. Not only are the games cheaper, but they provide better support as well.

I bought games from several keystores. And I can say that this one, is the best one. I bought about 7 games from this shop and there were no problems. Not a single one. And if there would have been, they have a live support, so it probably wouldn't have taken a long time to fix it, I saved so much money! I just can say, that I am going to buy all my games here. Please go and check this site out. You won't make a mistake!

Bought Wargame : European Escalation, the key was delivered as soon as the game was back in stock (which was about 24 hours), the support was friendly to me as well which was a good bonus. the only thing stopping it from being a 5star rating is the key was in polish but i managed to sort it out with Google on how to change it :)

I originally purchased ANNO 2070 from UK games back on 2/15 at around midnight [est]. The delivery only took about two hours even at that late time of day. Had no problems whatsoever with the activation of the game and the service from ultimatugamekeys. I've just gone back to UKGames and purchased BF3 with once again, zero problems and only took six [YES 6!] minutes from the time of purchase via paypal to delivery!

Was really worried about the ID check, but read reviews on a couple of sites saying people had found legit. So ended up sending in. Got reply back within 10 mins. Downloading game now.
