Never heard of these folks until today, but colour me impressed. I bought Divinity: Original Sin (Steam edition) and the DLC pack. Within minutes, I got an email from their customer service, informing me that the DLC pack I'd bought was only compatible with the DRM-free Direct-Download version of the game, not with the Steam edition. They offered me an immediate partial-refund for the DLC pack, and then quickly processed the rest of the order without a hitch. FANTASTIC service.

Buying cd keys is great, you pay a bit of a lower price, and the key is emailed to you as soon as possible.

Here is the timeline from my experience with a Black Ops 2 key purchase. 0 Hour: Purchase is made, confirmation emails sent. Must wait for key 4.5 Hour: Email is received asking for identification to be scanned. ID is scanned and sent. 8.5 Hour: Email is received with key, product is activated on Steam. Email says ID will no longer be required. I am satisfied with the price and product. I understand getting something over 50% off may not be as quick as paying full price. ID is only required for first purchase, then no longer, so process should be much quicker next time.

Like many of us, I am always a little sceptical, when it comes to a new vendor. When my key did not arrive after 3 hours, a shadow of doubt crawled into my mind. I opened a ticket with GD support and mentally prepared myself that in the worst case scenario I might need to call my credit card company and report a fraud. The support representative got back to me in no time! I was asked to verify my identity by sending in a scan of id. I wrote back, but forgot to attach actual file to my email. The representative replied literally 2 minutes later (!) and noted missing attachment. Whoever you are, I appreciate you catching this so soon and hope you are having a wonderful day! Got the code in a few minutes after resending the scan. Did I mention how awesome these guys are? :)
