I ordered a game thinking it was a steam copy. I was wrong. I contacted support with the key they gave think it i was a steam key. They showed me I downloaded the wrong thing. THey then offered me a refund which I accepted because I really wanted the steam game. The time between refund and my submitting the ticket was less than 10 minutes on christmas eve. I very much will consider doing business with them again, just being more careful to read -- it really was my fault.

Dissapointing and slow process. Have not received my FM 2015 code for activation within 2 hours as stated on the website. Before purchasing the game, we were not told on the check out page that first time buyers will need to validate their identities to prove real buyers. It's been over 3.5 hours now and for such long waiting time, I'd rather pay for the full amount on steam then use this service for that $4-6 dollars cheaper. Live chat seems to be offline all the time.

I bought a game on this site. The description, there was nothing special said. After hostels' reception of the key, I noticed that it was not agisait a steam key, but a key DRM Free Platform. After contact customer service, I was immediately refunded. serious page

Just purchased the Elder Scrolls Online at significant reduction to the prices offered by other companies. The price was so good in fact, that I was hesitant to use gaming dragons. I registered a new account and used paypal. The registration key came in about 10 minutes to my email inbox. I created an account on the ESO sight and entered the registration key. The key was accepted without incident. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this transaction with Gaming Dragons. I will definitely use this company again.

The download manager doesn't work properly. Can't download the game = can't play the game! The setup is 1.5GB download and there should be three files. First time I ran it downloaded setup003.rar about 140MB and a dodgy looking index.htm file, then the download manager died or closed after trying to open the index.tml. Ran it again and this time it downloaded setup002.rar about 715MB. Third time, trying to resume the Download manager doesn't work. Keeps going to 0.02MB of 1536 MB (0%) and then back to 0.00MB and then to 0.02MB again in a cycle.
