Naja es hat zwar funktioniert aber der Weg zum ziel war sehr mühsam und ich werde kein 2. mal dort einen Key kaufen. Angegeben war, dass der Key verfügbar ist und innerhalb 5min-2h per Mail zugestellt wird, nach knapp 3h habe ich dann eine Mail mit einer Anleitung erhalten, da das Spiel FSK18 ist und ich an die Support adresse eine Mail mit einem Foto meines Perso auf einem DinA4 Blatt auf dem ich die Bestellnummer und die Region drauf schreiben musste zusenden soll. Stunden später erhielt ich dann endlich den lang ersehnten Key und als ich ihn Einlösen wollte, wurde mir Angezeigt, dass dieser nicht für meine Region bestimmt sei. Darauf hin sendete ich erneut eine Mail mit Screenshot an den Kunden Support von GamingDragons und bekam darauf auch wieder ne h später eine Antwort in der Stand ich solle die Anleitung in den Details des Key's folgen, in der dann Stand ich müsse im Chrome Browser am PC ein VPN Plugin installieren und als Region Argentinien angeben und es dann erneut auf der Anbieter Platform mit dem Key probieren, was letzten endes auch Funktionierte aber für mich einen sehr unprofessionellen eindruck machte. Daher werde ich in zukunft lieber wieder bei zuverlässigeren Anbitern meine Key's erwerben, aber hier defintiv nicht mehr.

Compré un código digital a esta tienda, la cual prometía entregarlo en un plazo de 5 minutos a 2 horas. Sin embargo, al ver que no llegaba, decidí investigar más sobre el vendedor y encontré múltiples críticas negativas, muchas de ellas señalando que era una estafa. Solicité una devolución a PayPal, pero me indicaron que debía contactar primero con el vendedor. Al hacerlo, me respondieron pidiéndome información personal, como una copia de mi DNI, para “verificar mi identidad”. Esta petición me pareció sospechosa e innecesaria, lo que aumentó mis dudas sobre la legitimidad del vendedor. Tras leer más opiniones negativas sobre esta tienda en diferentes páginas, decidí no enviarles ningún tipo de documentación personal y continuar con la reclamación directamente a través de PayPal. Finalmente, gracias a PayPal, conseguí que me devolvieran mi dinero. No recomiendo en absoluto esta tienda por su falta de profesionalidad, el retraso en la entrega y sus solicitudes cuestionables de información personal. Si tienes algún problema, asegúrate de realizar tu reclamación a través de la plataforma de pago que utilizaste.

Made a big order for a few cd keys, the amount was above 80 euros.. The only thing that I got from this site was a "please wait" message, as my transaction was already submitted. I waited a while, but nothing. I checked my bank-app, and the payment was already completed, but keys nowhere to be found! I contacted their support, explained the issue, provided them with a screenshot of the transaction, of a bank statement(!!) and any other info that they wanted me, and after a few back and forth, instead of manually granting me the keys or at least put the amount back in my account to do the order again (you know, just in case they dont want to lose money), they deny everything!! Suddenly not a single proof of mine is a reason for a refund! Unbelievable "support". BIGGEST SCAM, STAY AWAY! I AM DISPUTING THIS, AND I WILL REPORT THEM ALSO!

Key delivery was a little slow but it was sent to my email in the end, they handily linked a free VPN extension that took about 30 seconds to add to my browser and no further problems, key is redeemed. Not as bad as some people seem to make out here, made me anxious for nothing?...

So for starters, their pricing is dishonest. Most stores list their final price, Gaming Dragons is not one of those, there's an unlisted transaction fee you'll only see when you go to checkout. Ordered product, listed as in stock with their 5 minutes to 2 hours promise. Two hours later? Nothing. The following morning there's a Paypal email notifying me of a refund without a word of explanation. The only reason I'm rating two star rather than one is that I didn't have to go chasing the refund myself like so many others apparently have.
