I pretty much like the program. It's similar to features I've used in the past.

The software can be quirky. The customer service is amazing though!

It would be helpful to have program follow through & repeat keying entries for unemployment on the federal side over to the state side so we don't have to waste our time repeating the process! How much longer will it be to be able to key in 1098-T & E's ? Tax program should NOT Allow State returns to be accepted when Federal return is rejected!.

I've been using Ultimate Tax for many years. I have been extremely satisfied with every aspect. This could very well be a 5 star rating but, I was always taught that there is always a way to improve a service or product.

There are a few forms that need attention such as 8863-- EIN number of College, and drop down for who is claiming credit that appears in return. Also worksheet for 1099G EIN number that automatically inserts Gov agency. Thank you.

Not that user friendly but very efficient. Now that I know how to work the software I really like it.
