UltimateTaxReviews of ultimatetax.com

Very professional and great service!

Whenever I called your service is very prompt, I appreciate it. I used to be 'Refund Today' clients last 15 years, but their service become worst, I left them last year.

I am extremely happy with the pricing for Ultimate Tax. I had been using a similar program for years and every year the price would increase. I didn't want to change my software program, due to the volume of returns in fear of loosing data, depreciation sheets, etc. and having to learn a new program. Every year I dreaded the price increase. Ultimate Tax had the level I needed at a price substantially lower and guaranteed an accurate and easy transfer. I had no problems transferring my data over to the Ultimate Tax Software, the transfer was exactly as they had guaranteed. I am totally satisfied with the program and the support and of course ...THE PRICING..

the reminders about due dates, easy to use

Any issue or problem I was confronted with was resolved in a very expeditious fashion. In my 35 years of using a commercial software I have never had quality customer service experience, until Ultimate Tax CAME ALONG. As I see it now, if it is not broken it does not need fixing!!! CONTINUE THAT CONSISTENT CONTINUITY OF PERSISTENT EXCELLENCE IN ACTION EXTRAORIDAIRE MAGNIFIED TO THAT MUCH HIGHER LEVEL FOR ALL TO SEE AND EMULATE.

Ultimate tax has been amazing this tax season!

Ultimate tax was so easy to use. If I had any problems (which were very few) I was able to get them resolved quickly through the chat feature. Thank you
