My 17.6k followers will know about this scam!!!
It doesn't even make sense to ask us to be honest about our experience with UMA because I don't think anyone would just sit up and use all of their energy and time just to make up lies about a school like this.Plus if more than one person has made a statement about a specific situation then it's obviously true, right? I'm definitely about to be honest with y'all. Issue #1 UMA allowed me to enroll into their school, took and collected all of my private and personal information, used it to receive funds then kept the funds all for themselves. I received messages via school status inquiring that I was supposed to have received a certain amount back and til this very day and second I still haven't seen or heard anything about it. (Issue#2). UMA dropped me because someone called them and told someone in the staff department that I did not have a High School Diploma kml and they began to basically harassed me about the statement that was given to them instead of trying to at least investigate the issue first. Then, because I did not present any proof within the time they were asking me to present my proof they up and dropped me. No, I was not asked to show any proof of my High School Diploma before starting this program. I was told that I could enroll and show documents later. Now tell me who's that crazy to enroll in school (college)knowing that they do not have the qualifications to enroll? & if I didn't have a High School Diploma why take all of my personal information then just drop me? That's crazy!!! Y'all were sending books in the mail and holding on to people's refund checks. Mind you....No one informed the students that they wouldn't be seeing a cent out of their refund. Those books were not that high price wise which means a lot of money was left over after sending out books. (Issue #3) I told a gentleman employed for UMA the size clothing that I needed and they still sent clothing that were SO small. I was EXTREMELY embarrassed to even wear the uniform out doors in fear of being laughed at. It's not right that y'all have one size uniforms knowing people will be enrolling who's bigger and requires bigger clothing. It's an insult if you ask me. I was so proud of myself for starting a new chapter in my life and because of UMA,it was a very terrible experience for me. The pants barely came up my legs y'all and the top part was so BIG it was the worst experience ever for me. Since then I have not even attempted to enroll in any more colleges because of my experience with UMA. I shared my experience with my followers of (17.6k) just to warn them about this school and thank God they looked elsewhere for schooling and is receiving THEIR refunds regularly. I will continue to share this experience with others because no one deserves to be done the way I was done and especially not those who are actually trying to better themselves for future purposes. Most students are either a Mother or Father and they have to support their families. Why take from them like y'all do?!!

Thank you for sharing your experience and concerns with us. UMA's admissions requirements can be found on page 33 of the School Catalog (https://portal.ultimatemedical.edu/public/uma/images/PDF/Catalog/UMA%20Catalog.pdf). UMA's School Catalog states that all prospective students must complete an Attestation of High School Graduation or Equivalent form prior to acceptance for enrollment by UMA. All associate degree program students must submit proof of having earned a high school diploma or equivalent prior to the completion of the provisional registration period. In addition, UMA will select students for a proof of high school verification and validation review. Selected students must submit proof of having earned a high school diploma or equivalent within 30 days of receiving a request for such documentation from UMA. We would like to ask that you please reach out to our UMA Cares team so that we may discuss your experience in more detail and see if there is anything that we may do to help. Please give our team a call at 800-509-5474 or email [email protected]. We look forward to assisting you.
