Fast service - nice product

Would highly recommend them for all your needs related to custom mats. We always order from Ultimate Mats when we need custom mats made for Rusk County. Love how they are quick to respond to my emails and have a proof back within 24-48 hours. They always treat you like a friend!!

Having searched this company online, I had to place trust in an unseen product. From start to finish, the level of response and professionalism was fantastic! And when the mat arrived - which is a gift - I was truly pleased with the finished product! Pricing was good, but the customer service and ordering are worth more than gold. Thank you soo much! Best, B. Stubblefield

Our rug came out absolutely amazing. At first I was hesitant because I thought the colors wouldn't come out right. They came out excellent. The price was reasonable and the service was fast. We will definitely be using them again.

We ordered an anti-fatigue mat for our office counter. The mat shipped quickly and is exactly what we were looking for!

Had a very pleasant and helpful experience. Would recommend this company to others. Very nice people to deal with.

I had a wonderful experience. They were able to get my company logo within our compliance guidelines and the mats shipped perfectly and quickly! I give them an A+

I called the phone number listed on the delivery and received the best customer service ever! Not only was a new item shipped immediately we were told to keep the broken one. This will enable us to have two - one with some tape attached:)
