Water hog mat
Thank you for your prompt delivery. I've purchased 3 water hogs and have been very happy with all of them. I wanted to get my grandson and his wife a house warming gift and thought a water hog mat would be just the thing. Ordered a 48" and got a 44", ordered a khaki color and received an unattractive brown. Water hog mats are great - but - I am not happy with this order.

Thanks for ordering with Ultimate Mats. Glad we had prompt delivery, but I want to make sure you receive what you ordered and are 100% satisfied with your purchase. The size would appear to be correct; the 4ft x 2.3ft has an approximate size of 44.65 in x 27.25 in, with a tolerable manufacturing size variance of 3-5% as stated on the product page. As for the color, the factory may have shipped the wrong color. I have sent you an email requesting a picture to clarify the situation. The image on the website may differ slightly from the actual product due to monitor differences. That’s why we offer free color samples. If you can wait for your mats, shop here!
Recently placed an order for 2 kitchen mats. Perhaps I am just too spoiled by Amazon, but after I placed the order I learned that it would take 3+ weeks to make and ship them. THEN one of the mats was shipped into oblivion by the wrong carrier. Took almost a month to get them. I will admit though, I am very pleased with the quality and look of them!!

Susan, Thanks for the feedback. I just want to explain again why the mats take so long to ship. All mats are made to order. The standard lead time for the mats is 5 to 10 business days for the mats to be made then shipping days. Sometimes the lead time gets push out, when it does we email customers to let them know about the extended lead time. When we emailed you, we told you about the extended 3-week lead time plus shipping and offered to refund you order, I thought you said you were OK with the lead time. I am sorry I missed understood. I am showing that we did deliver faster than we told you we would. I am showing the order was placed on 1-15-2017 (processed on Monday 1-16-2017) we delivered the first mat on 1-30-2017 (10 business days from date of order 4 of which were shipping days.) and order was deliver complete on 2-6-2107 (15 business days from date of order 4 of which were shipping days.) I Know you were hoping we would have the mats in stock would have the days in a few days but we really tried to be sure you understood we could not deliver on that, and did offer you a complete refund before the order was processed. Again, I hope this helps to clarify and we hope you will honor us with your business in the future.

Some Communication Issues, but the product is very good
We were working with a representative and waiting for proofs that got delayed and I needed to stay on top to get the proofs. Then we placed the order and received only one of the 2 mats we ordered and the invoice said the order had been sent. I needed an additional email with the company to find out that is just how they do it, and the second mat was shipping in a few days. I was pleased with the quality of the product, but not completely satisfied with the communication.

Oh no! If your mat didn't print as the proof was laid out, please email your rep a photo of the mat and they can see what they can do!

Quality Product but minimal communication
Thought the mat took some time to receive, it has saved the backs and feet of our associates. My only compliant would be the lack of communication in between time the order was placed and time the order was shipped. Other than that, we now have happy and healthy associates!

DISAPPOINTED IN PRODUCT AND PRINT QUALITY
I ordered these rugs for our new company showroom. However, I am almost embarrassed to have them out. I understand that I chose the colors but I would have appreciated some sort of guidance on my color selection from the professionals that print them on a daily basis. The rug is way darker than the proof and you can not read our logo or even see it for that matter. The "esmerald" green which appears to be "kelly" green (PER THE PROOF) is more of a lemon-lime color. And by that I mean it looks as if the ink was running out and there are actually yellow specs in it. Not at all what I expected as far as quality.
