Ultimate MatsReviews of ultimatemats.com

Best prices anywhere and the customer service is the BEST that I have ever had to deal with!

Outstanding product & service......just what we wanted!

I ordered these rugs for our new company showroom. However, I am almost embarrassed to have them out. I understand that I chose the colors but I would have appreciated some sort of guidance on my color selection from the professionals that print them on a daily basis. The rug is way darker than the proof and you can not read our logo or even see it for that matter. The "esmerald" green which appears to be "kelly" green (PER THE PROOF) is more of a lemon-lime color. And by that I mean it looks as if the ink was running out and there are actually yellow specs in it. Not at all what I expected as far as quality.

I had been trying to order a mat locally; six months passed and I still had nothing. In a fit of frustration I cancelled the order and looked online. I sent a couple of questions to Ultimate Mats and Diane got back to me within a very short amount of time and we had a mat all ready to be printed. Once approved the mat was at our door a couple of days later! We love it. I have this company stored in my files of great companies to work with. I would recommend Ultimate Mats without reservation.

Awesome!!!!!!!

Customer service was great as was the bright colors and design of the mat.

The ONLY thing I wish was different was the fact that I think the non-carpeted part of the rug needs to be a little more heavier duty especially around the edges. It's not flimsy but I was expecting a little bit beefier edge for some reason. Besides that, they shipped out insanely fast after I gave them the go ahead and look awesome. Like, the ink was barely dry on my check to them and my 3 rugs had already arrived. Diane was great to work with even though this was a priority then fell off the priority list for a while but then when it got back on my priority list, she was happy to help finish the transaction.

When we were searching for a logo flooring, we were given Ultimate Mats website fromt he search engine. Ms. Diane the Admin and Michael the salesman were wonderful. They worked as a dedciated team and we received our product in tip top perfect shape. We were very pleased and our guests that have returned just to see the outcome were so excited. I would recommend Ultimate Mats to anyone seeking logo/custom flooring. Again, thank you Diane and MIchael for your assistance!
