Susan, Thanks for the feedback. I just want to explain again why the mats take so long to ship. All mats are made to order. The standard lead time for the mats is 5 to 10 business days for the mats to be made then shipping days. Sometimes the lead time gets push out, when it does we email customers to let them know about the extended lead time. When we emailed you, we told you about the extended 3-week lead time plus shipping and offered to refund you order, I thought you said you were OK with the lead time. I am sorry I missed understood. I am showing that we did deliver faster than we told you we would. I am showing the order was placed on 1-15-2017 (processed on Monday 1-16-2017) we delivered the first mat on 1-30-2017 (10 business days from date of order 4 of which were shipping days.) and order was deliver complete on 2-6-2107 (15 business days from date of order 4 of which were shipping days.) I Know you were hoping we would have the mats in stock would have the days in a few days but we really tried to be sure you understood we could not deliver on that, and did offer you a complete refund before the order was processed.
