STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY! They choose whatever "restocking fee" they want for returns. I ordered a golf cart part from Ultimate Golf Carts/Parts for my small business Dec 29th, 2022 and needed the part invoiced and shipped in FY22. I received an invoice on Jan 3, 2023 showing the product shipped in 2023. Because the part showed shipping in 2023, I never opened the package and asked to return it. Ultimate Golf Carts/Parts required that I pay to ship the product back and they charged me a restocking fee of 20%. The website states a "restocking fee" but with no specific percentage or amount listed which allows the company to charge whatever they want which is not very customer friendly. Their "restocking fee" strategy is a profit center for them especially since I paid to ship the product back. I never even opened the product and they charged me $41.42 to just place the box back on the shelf. Horrible customer service.

We disclose all our fees. If you are unsure of a particular fee, please email and ask. We are an small family business who run it very ethically, but cannot afford to lose money on things like shipping fees. We apologize if you disagree with our policy. What you may not understand is we paid to drop ship your item. We do not ship from our warehouse or control the shipping timeline. There was nothing wrong with your item. If you ship it back because your changed your mind, why should we be penalized by losing the money we just paid to ship it to you? The 20% sometimes does not even cover what we paid and we still lose money. So please do not order items if you are counting on unreliable shipping timeframes.
