I was not familiar with ULamps and was a little nervous about placing an expensive order for 3 pendants. We communicated back and forth a bit through email and I was impressed with the effort that was made to put my mind at rest. When the pendants came they were carefully packed and came in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to order with ULamps’s again. I love the pendants and I am very happy! Holly

Received as promised. The installation instructions could have been better and we had to replace the non-dimmable led bulbs provided. But overall the chandelier is beautiful and we are very happy with it.

At first I was skeptical because I found the exact same light fixture on ULamp as I saw at RH. But RH was 3 times the amount so I wasn’t sure if the fixtures were going to look cheap. But they are GORGEOUS! Plus the customer service by Cherry was top notch. She was so responsive to ensure that I received everything I needed for my light fixtures. I get compliments all the time!

I have an extremely positive experience with this company . The product itself was excellent as expected. UPS damaged the package and there were broken and missing parts but Ulamps were very prompt and helpful in sending me replacements without any hassle. Highly recommend ordering your chandeliers from Ulamps.
