Absolutely fantastic experience with ula. I had some questions which were answered very quick and polite. After ordering there was a problem in shipping (dhl didn’t find my address in Germany, nothing ULA could have done.) After contacting Ula support, a quick and easy solution was offered to me. This time, the bag arrived at my doorstep within a few days. Not gonna write much about the product I ordered (Dragonfly ultra 36) since the quality is top notch and I have been happy with the 30l version for a long time. Thank you very much Peter, Robert and everyone else at Ula that handled my purchase so great, I’ll definitely buy again, can only recommend the quality, service, company. 10/10

Excellent customer service. During my 2021 PCT thru-hike I had a problem with my ULA Circuit pack. Two of the buckles wore out/broke simultaneoulsy, almost to the day. I had no choice other than to rig it together with a couple carabiners until I could get internet service and contact ULA. Luckily, I was able to get an email out & Peter responded quickly. THANK YOU! He dropped a couple new buckles in the mail immediately to a location ahead of me on the trail, where I was able to pick them up & fix my pack so I could continue on to Canada. This right here is the difference between purchasing a pack from a cheap unknown brand (aka the likes of Amazon or even some of the trendy expensive brands) or buying from a solid company that understands their audience & backs up their product. I own packs from *many* different companies--some very, very expensive & ultralight. That said, when I do my next thru-hike, I'll be taking my Circuit pack. I trust ULA to have my back. ;)

I stumbled across ULA because I was having a very hard time finding an ultralight pack that would fit my freakishly long torso length. I first bought the Ohm2. Shipping was very reasonable and it showed up less than 2 days after ordering. I used it several times last summer. Two of the trips were multi-day long hikes. The pack fits like a dream! It is the most comfortable pack I've ever owned. This thing is sturdy and under 2 pounds! Unreal. I'm now planning on taking my scout troop on a 5 day 50 mile hike this summer. I was worried that the Ohm2 wouldn't be quite big enough so I bought the larger Catalyst last week. Again, it arrived a day and a half after ordering. I packed it to the maximum 40 pounds and did a short overnight trip to test it out. It fits just like the Ohm2, perfect. I love these packs! I'm glad my difficult torso length drove me to this company.
