I purchased a ULA Circuit in Ultra fabric in 2023, and it has fewer than 500 trail miles on it. I understand products evolve over time, and I appreciate that newer Ultra X fabrics were designed with improvements intended to reduce delamination. My disappointment isn't that newer materials exist—it's that when my relatively low-mileage pack experienced delamination that was isolated to the extension collar while the rest of the pack remained in excellent condition, ULA classified it as normal wear and declined warranty coverage. Whether others agree with that decision is up to them, but it significantly changed my confidence in the company's warranty and customer service. As a result, when it's time to replace this pack, I'll be looking at other manufacturers instead of purchasing another ULA.
