Helpful staff and clear instructions.

Fast good service.

The product itself is excellent and solves a lot of frustration with the old style Sky box. the initial sales/technical talk with Alex was also excellent, as was the sales service. . He was clear and informative. Downside? The complexities of set-up and initialisation of the various channels, and the instructions , felt like walking a tight-rope , but support was available and worked out in the end.

Great to view British Sky. Very easy to install

Very helpful in sorting out the set up and ongoing operation of my Sky system. Special mention to Alex who has been really helpful and always has an answer to any issue. Super

The streaming service works extremely well. With the old satellite system, we are in a country with a small satellite footprint - therefore losing signal due to poor weather, rain, snow etc. We have no such problems with the streaming service

very good service

Very satisfied with service and professional support for any of my questions. Friendly staff allways prepared to help. Recommended.
