UK ETA Scam ⚠️
UK ETA Scam ⚠️ I wanted to purchase two ETAs for a trip to London with my son. The website looked official, so I believed I was on the genuine UK government website. The advertised price was €20 per ETA. While entering my details, the process was a bit long. I became suspicious and checked reviews online. I then realised that it was a fraudulent website and that they did not clearly indicate their additional fees before making the purchase. They make you believe the cost is the real price of 20€/ ETA. I immediately blocked my card through my banking app, but they still managed to charge me €355. The payment appears on my bank statement under the name COMMAS. I reported the fraud to my bank and filed a police report. I got my money back through my bank and following my complaint. I find it absolutely disgraceful that people can take advantage of those who are simply trying to obtain their ETA. This site should be closed. @UK ETA SERVICES: please stop sending me emails to finalize the application. I don’t want anything to do with you.
