Wie kann der Preis hier bei 230 USD liegen statt bei 20 Pfund??? Bei der Bezahlung wird dieser Betrag NICHT angezeigt! Ich ärgere mich sehr, dass ich darauf hereingefallen bin! Habe sofort eine Email hingeschrieben (danke an ChatGPT für die Unterstützung beim Formulieren!) und das Geld innerhalb von 15 Minuten wieder erstattet bekommen, immerhin! Der Schock hat mich wahrscheinlich trotzdem einige Lebensminuten gekostet...

despite indicating a 20£ fee per person they chaged 400 euros for 2 people even though we never concluded the application srvice. when searching on google for UK ETA APPLICATION they are the first result that appears. too bad that i did not pay attention to the fact it was not a gov.uk page and the disclaimer that they are not the uk government appears at the bottom of the page way below the start application button. stay away from them!

Es una estafa. En vez de 20£ por un ETA cobraron 199 US$. Sin llegar a hacer el trámite siquiera ni aprobar la operación bancaria, descontaron el dinero. No metáis datos de ninguna tarjeta. La página oficial es gov-uk, en tonos azul y blanco y el icono una corona!!! Fijaos en el icono, porque si ponéis sólo gov-uk la primera opción es esta estafa. Imagino que pagarán a Google por la recomendación. Tres días después me piden más detalles sobre la transacción. Ahora que he bloqueado la tarjeta imagino que necesitan mas datos para seguir robando, pero el dinero está descontado de mi cuenta... Increíble!!!!

When I asked for a refund, they refused, claiming they had "already applied" for the ETA on my behalf and therefore couldn't reverse the charge. This is false: I applied separately on the official UK government site myself and got my ETA approved in under 1 minute. If a real application had already been submitted through them, it certainly wasn't needed, and their claim is being used purely as an excuse to keep the money. On top of that, it's impossible to reach them by phone. There's no way to actually speak to anyone to resolve this — you're left dealing with generic email replies that repeat the same false excuse. Reading other reviews here, this is clearly not an isolated case — many people report the exact same pattern: a page showing the correct £20 fee, followed by a wildly inflated charge that only becomes clear after payment, and a refusal to refund. If you need a UK ETA, apply only on the official gov.uk website and avoid this company entirely.

SCAM! They charge you 10 times more. Its a SCAM stay away. Their bank is from LAS VEGAS. They are a joke. Hope they get shut down. Edit: Since the company wanted more info about the experience, here it is: Your company is a SCAM. I know it and you know it. Charging people 10 times more for absolutely nothing is a SCAM. And by stating that the charge is 20 bucks and then take 10 times more without my approval is a SCAM. There is no tranparency about the pricing. I first saw the price when I saw money was taken from my card. A SCAM strategy. Also, your webbsite tries to look like a original government webbsite even though you have small text saying it is not. Also a SCAM strategy. You also stole pictures from the government´s webbsite, for instance the pictures of what a correct passport picture looks like. Lastly your application-process is SLOWER and more STUPID than the UK Government ETA webbsite. So your so called "services" are for nothing. You are a JOKE and you should be ashamed of yourselfs for even trying to look serious. Even though the police hasnt caugh you yet, know that God is watching. I feel sorry for your souls. Shame on you. Since it is a SCAM company I had to block my card and make a police report. Also it feels very bad that the SCAM company now have me and my family´s passport details. STAY AWAY!

Thought it was the official UK ETA web site, indicated 20pounds fee, tried to take a paiement of 230euros that thankfuly Revolut blocked Attention si vous essayez de faire votre ETA via ce site d'arnaqueurs, ils ont essayé de me prélever 230euros alors qu'ils indiquaient 20 pounds sur le site. Revolut les a heureusement bloqué !

Kompletter Scam. 198 Euro für ein Visa und die "Bearbeitungsgebühr" für etwas was die Regierung der UK für 22 Euro macht! Hände weg und die Originalseite der Regierung aufmachen und die App runterladen. Geht genauso schnell!
