I also fell for this website
I also fell for this website, which charged an excessively high commision fee. I didn't convert the displayed USD amount and ended up losing money. I would like to receive a refund of my payment. How can I do that? PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT IS WRITTEN IN THE ANSWER! NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME AND ALSO MONEY HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED!!

Avoid it
Unfortunately I was also trapped by this site: - the total costs were kept hidden until the very last moment, when I was asked to authorise the payment - despite cancelling the authorisation of the payment, my choice was completely ignored and the amount was reserved. Ugly! I cancelled the card and I will also file a complaint to the police.

Website is a total scam.
Website is a total scam. The real price will only be shown on the payment details page. We tried to decline the payment via 3D secure by pushing the cancel button before paying. Now we´ve seen on our bank statements that 1 week later our card was charged either way. (#ETA2228409) Do not use this site!!!

Absolutely not acceptable
Absolutely not acceptable! This company charges 5 times the money what the normal ETA would cost! Be careful! I want my money back!

Be very careful
Be very careful, this site is not official site and the correct place to apply for UK visa. I had the expierence in january. I got a flash on my screen, where they took 227 USD from my account. The apply process wasnt even completed,as i stopped it immidiately, I contacted company both on their email and on refundpage on their web - so far i didnt get any reaction what so ever. I have of course through my bank now made official regres action towards this company.

Beware
Beware - this website is a scam, charging 95 euros on top of the UK government fee. Use the official UK government website or app instead. Luckily I aborted my order before paying. Don't be impressed by the 5-star ratings, most (if not all) of which appear not to be genuine.

This is a scam.
This is a scam. The official tax for ETA costs over 20€ and they don't tell you have to pay around 80€ extra fee until you're doing the payment. This amount is hidden between a lot of small and non important-like test. They make money scaming people and they pay for having first place in browsers. This shoud be illegal and violates customers rights
