SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT: Misleading pricing. They show a 18€ fee at the beginning, but they end up charging 118.85€ (138 USD) without clear consent. The official UK ETA costs only £10 (12€) at gov.uk. This is an unofficial intermediary from Las Vegas (Botanico Enterprises Inc) charging a 900% commission through deceptive web design. Avoid at all costs and use the official UK Government app

ETA SERVICE-CAREFUL WITH EXTRA CHARGES
I had a very negative experience with this website. During the checkout process, the price shown was 39 EUR, which seemed reasonable for a UK ETA application. However, without any clear or transparent explanation, I was ultimately charged 270 USD. This price increase was not clearly communicated, and the additional fees were not properly disclosed before payment. The use of a different currency also made it even more confusing to understand the real cost. I strongly believe this is misleading pricing. The official UK ETA costs a fraction of this amount, and at no point was it made sufficiently clear that this was a third-party service charging such excessive fees. I have requested a full refund and am currently taking the necessary steps with my bank. I would strongly advise others to avoid this website and to apply only through the official UK government site. Very disappointing experience.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this website. I applied for a UK ETA and was charged $218 USD, while the official UK ETA fee is only £16. The additional service fees were not clearly presented, and I did not give explicit consent to these high extra costs. After contacting customer support, they refused a full refund and only offered a partial refund, which I find unacceptable.

Sito truffa

Not official / Payment & Price
The price appeared as only the government cost, since I thought I was on the official site. I refused the payment on my bank app and yet, I still received an email confirming the payment. It appears pendent, but I'm waiting for the refund, since I applied on the official site and was fooled by this one. Thank you.
