This company is a scam. Do not use.
Do not use this company. They use an official looking site to mislead you but they are not government approved and they are a scam, charging hidden fees without ever clearly stating that they charge for their services with are free on the government site. This is a Bait-and Switch Fraud. The authorized amount displayed at checkout was 20 pounds per person. Then the merchant maliciously altered the final amount to 415,98 euros, after the card data was entered, without authorization.

Dear Mr. Stavropoulou, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that our website provides information about our service, including the applicable government fee and our service charges, before the application is submitted. It appears that some of this information may have been missed during the application process. The total amount includes the applicable government ETA fee as well as our service charges for the additional assistance we provide with the application process. We are an independent ETA assistance service and are not the UK Government website. We can also confirm that your applications have already been approved, and the approval details have been sent to the email address provided during the application. Please check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you. Kind Regards, UK ETA Online Support

A fuir absolument !
Response from UK ETA OnlineOct 1, 2026
Dear Siret, We are sorry you had this experience with our service. We do mention that we provide several value-added services in addition to the core ETA service which is the reason there is an additional charge. We take all reviews seriously and always want to address customer concerns. However, we have no record of any interaction or registration with this individual listed. If this was a genuine experience, we’d love to make things right—please reach out to us directly. Kind regards, UK ETA Online Support

This site is obviously a scam
This site is obviously a scam. I have paid for 48 hour handling and after 5 days nothing has happened. They claim I need to upload my documents, even though their own site states everything has been uploaded. I have contacted them 4 separate times, no answer. Just go to the official Gov UK site and save your money and time.

Arnaque !!
Arnaque !

This is a scam/phishing website…
This is a scam/phishing website masquerading as a UK government website for ETA (electronic travel authorization) applications. They abuse Google's ad platform to show up as a the first sponsored result when you search "uk eta", and they deceive users into providing their credit card and passport information. *Do not use this fraudulent service under any circumstances.* If you've already fallen for their phishing trap, contact your bank or credit card company immediately and report your card stolen.
Response from UK ETA OnlineSep 27, 2026
