Misleading Pricing and Hidden Fees
The website looks like an official UK ETA application page, but the extremely high processing fees were not clearly disclosed during checkout. We only realized after payment that we had been charged almost 360 USD for 3 ETAs. Refund request was refused. Very misleading experience.

This is not the official UK website. They act like they are official and you have no idea what it is going to cost until it is too late. This site is a scam. Go to the official site They charge you 99Euro more than the official site and give no advantage. The official site works perfectly and it costs 20 pounds Go to gov dot uk slash eta

ACHTUNG! Reine Abzocke! Es wurden ohne vorherige Information 120 € pro Visum von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, über diese Website ein Visum zu beantragen! Anzeige bei der Polizei wurde bereits erstattet.

Diese Website täuscht vor eine offizielle britische Antragstelle für ETA zu sein und erhebt anschließend horrende Gebühren. Ich habe den Zahlungsprozess abgebrochen und werde jeden Cent zurückfordern, wenn Geld abgebucht wird. Lassen sie die Finger davon und gehen sie auf die britische Regierungsseite.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Despite paying €623.69, I received no ETA, no documents, and no confirmation. Communication was also problematic. I had to report the issue to my bank. Please be careful and check exactly who you are paying before making any payments.

Seems to be a fake shop
Seems to be a fake shop. Instead of regular payment for ETA it requested 144 USD which was only announced one step before final payment.

Te anuncian todo el rato que son 23€ pero luego, en la app del banco, a la hora de aprobar el cargo, te salen 127€. Le he dado a anular y aún así me han cobrado. Que casualidad que nos pase a todos...He llamado al banco y me han dicho que es una estafa. NO SAQUÉIS EL ETA POR AQUÍ!
